Every ACL Fest 2026 Stage, Ranked: Where to Go at Weekend 2
Seven main stages, one park, and very different days depending on where you plant your chair. We walked every one of them on Weekend 1 of ACL Fest 2026. Here is how they rank, what each is best for, and who plays there at Weekend 2, October 9 to 11.
Follow @theatxweekly for the rest of our ACL coverage →The layout in one paragraph: the 2 headline stages, T-Mobile and American Express, sit at opposite ends of Zilker Park. Miller Lite, BMI and Snapchat share the Great Lawn in the middle. BeatBox is across Barton Springs Road, and Tito's is a covered tent. Austin Kiddie Limits and Bonus Tracks round out the 9, but the 7 below are where the music is.
The best stage at ACL is the one most people walk right past.
1. BeatBox: The Hidden Gem
BeatBox was the hardest stage to find and the best one to be at. It sits off on its own across Barton Springs Road, tucked behind the main grounds, and the vibe is chill and secluded in a way nothing on the Great Lawn is. It has its own food vendors nearby, so you can eat without hiking back to ACL Eats.
The tradeoff is the walk. Look it up on the festival app map before you head over, and budget extra time to get back to the headliners.
Weekend 2 here: Live Friday at 7:30pm, Fakemink Saturday at 7:30pm, and Blood Orange Sunday at 7:30pm. Noga Erez plays Sunday at 5:30pm.
2. Tito's: The Only Stage With a Roof
Tito's is a tent, which makes it the one stage that answers both Texas sun and rain. It is also where the DJs live this year. We caught Steve Aoki here on Friday.
The tent is small for the crowd it draws. We could not get under it for Aoki, but the sound carries and we heard the full set from outside. If you want a spot under the roof, get there a set early.
Weekend 2 here: Steve Aoki Friday at 6:30pm, Yousuke Yukimatsu Saturday at 6:30pm, and Fcukers Sunday at 6:30pm. Natasha Bedingfield plays Friday at 4:30pm and Rodrigo y Gabriela Saturday at 4:30pm.
3. T-Mobile: Least Mud in the Park
After the rain, T-Mobile had the driest ground we found, which matters more than it sounds when you are standing for a 2-hour headliner. Expect a lot of camp chairs; people settle in early here.
It sits at the opposite end of the park from American Express, so pick one headliner per night rather than trying to catch both.
Weekend 2 here: Kings of Leon Friday at 8:15pm, Lorde Saturday at 8:15pm, and The xx Sunday at 8:35pm. Turnstile plays Friday at 6:15pm, Bleachers Saturday at 6:15pm and Geese Sunday at 6:20pm.
4. Snapchat: Dead Center
Snapchat is in the middle of everything, which makes it the best base if you plan to hop between stages. Most of the park is a short walk from here.
The catch is the foot traffic. The paths around it jam up badly between sets, so get there early for anything you care about, and leave early if you need to make a set somewhere else.
Weekend 2 here: The Chainsmokers Friday at 7:30pm, Lykke Li Saturday at 7:30pm, and The War on Drugs Sunday at 7:30pm.
5. Miller Lite: Big Screens, Deep Lineup
Miller Lite has big screens on both sides of the stage and one of the deepest evening lineups. It shares the Great Lawn with Snapchat and BMI, so crowds spill between them as sets change over.
Weekend 2 here: Leon Thomas Friday at 7:15pm, Levity Saturday at 7:15pm, and Parcels Sunday at 7:20pm.
6. American Express: The Skyline Stage
American Express is the biggest stage at ACL, and the only one with downtown Austin rising right behind it. It draws the heaviest crowds in the park, especially at night, and the ground in front gets muddy. If a headliner here is your reason for the day, wear boots, arrive well before the set, and plan your exit.
Weekend 2 here: Charli xcx Friday at 8:35pm, RÜFÜS DU SOL Saturday at 8:30pm, and Twenty One Pilots Sunday at 8:30pm. Lola Young plays Saturday at 6:30pm and SOFI TUKKER Sunday at 6:30pm.
7. BMI: Catch Them Before They Blow Up
BMI is the small stage for emerging artists, which is exactly why it is worth a stop: you are close to the stage and you might be early on someone. It also had the muddiest ground we saw on Weekend 1. Wear boots.
Weekend 2 here: Joe Jordan Friday at 5:15pm, Chloe Qisha Saturday at 5:15pm, and Jason Scott & the High Heat Sunday at 6pm.
How to Move Between Stages
The biggest bottleneck is the stretch around Snapchat and the Great Lawn between sets. Move while a set is still finishing rather than after it ends. Plan one end of the park per night: T-Mobile and American Express are too far apart to split a headliner slot. And after rain, wear shoes you do not mind ruining.
Set times are from the published ACL 2026 schedule for Weekend 2 and can change. Check the official ACL app on the day. Our rankings are from walking the park on Friday and Saturday of Weekend 1.
