Inside the BeatBox Stage Lounge at ACL Fest 2026: Frozen Cocktails, a Bead Bar and Private Restrooms
Most of ACL happens in the sun and the crowd. The BeatBox Stage Lounge is the other side of it: an invite-only space next to the BeatBox Stage on the southwest corner of Zilker Park, with shade, frozen cocktails, a bead bar and its own restrooms. We spent part of Weekend 2 inside. Here is what it is like.

You walk in under a ceiling of ribbon that fades from pink to blue to orange, with disco balls hanging over the crowd. A house DJ plays from a BeatBox booth between sets, and a riser deck looks out over the BeatBox Stage next door. The big screen switches between college football, the NFL and live streams from other ACL stages, so you can catch a set across the park without walking there.
The Drinks
BeatBox is the boxed party punch that started in Austin, and in the lounge it comes as custom cocktails and frozen drinks in aluminum cups. The bar had Cherry Limeade, Juicy Mango and Blueberry Lemonade cartons on display, each 11.1% alcohol. We went with a frozen mango with a chile-spiced rim, which tasted like a mangonada with a kick.
Shade, a frozen drink and a real bathroom. At ACL, that is the whole dream.
Bead Bar, Tinsel and Body Art
The bead bar is the busiest table in the lounge. Grab a seat at the purple table and dig through bins of beads, disco ball charms and tiny BeatBox carton charms, then string your own festival bracelet. There is also hair braiding with tinsel and airbrush body art if you want to go all in.
The Extras That Matter
Shaded seating runs through the whole space, which matters more than anything else in October in Texas. There are snacks and refreshments all day, a pizza drop every evening, and a mirror station stocked with sunscreen and other basics. The biggest perk is the private restrooms. Anyone who has waited in a festival porta-potty line knows why.
The Merch
BeatBox hands out custom swag in the lounge while supplies last. The Austin tees and totes, with the "Welcome to Austin" sign and a disco ball in the art, are some of the best festival merch we saw all weekend.
How to Get In
The Stage Lounge is invite only, and BeatBox runs the guest list. You will find it on the south edge of the park, just east of the BeatBox Stage and next to ACL Eats South, a short walk from the Barton Springs West entrance. If you do not have an invite, the BeatBox Stage next door is open to every ACL ticket holder.
